I build and lead in-house creative studios that operate as strategic growth engines. My work connects brand, storytelling, and systems through the design of teams, workflows, and platforms that help organizations translate complex strategy into clear, compelling narratives at scale.
The work below reflects that approach - creative built with intention, structure, and measurable impact.
Pacific Life
At Pacific Life, my team leads a video-centric content ecosystem designed to translate complex institutional and retirement strategies into clear, engaging narratives that scale across formats and channels. Rather than treating content as individual assets, we build interconnected storytelling platforms that prioritize clarity, longevity, and discoverability.
A central pillar of this ecosystem is The Wave Strength, a podcast and video series created to support sustained thought leadership and long-tail search visibility. Episodes are intentionally structured to perform beyond initial release, reinforcing topical authority and extending narrative reach through video, audio, written content, and social distribution.
Complementing the series is a set of story-driven and animated videos that bring key ideas to life visually. Narrative-led film humanizes complex concepts, while animation simplifies and scales core messages. A behind-the-scenes piece offers transparency into the creative and production process, underscoring how storytelling, design, and systems work together.
Together, these assets reflect an integrated approach to content that balances strategy, story, and execution—building relevance over time rather than chasing short-term attention.
